New Feature – Protection Group-Specific ACL Rules in ADS R90F04

Function Description

This function will be released on ADS Version 4.5R90F04 in Q1 2023. As global ACL rules may not be suitable for some scenarios, ADS R90F04 supports custom access control rules for a protection group for more refined control. The underlying implementation of ACL rules in ADS R90F04 is refactored, significantly improving the performance. A group-specific access control rule supports port ranges and re-sorting. However, the Invert operation does not work here.

Configuration Procedure

Choose Policy > Anti-DDoS > Protection Groups and click Protection Policy. Then click Next to configure an access control rule.

Or, choose Policy > Anti-DDoS > Protection Groups and click Access Control Rules in the Access Policy column.

Notes

(1) A protection group supports a maximum of 20 group-specific access control rules.

(2) The destination IP of 0.0.0.0 matches all IP addresses in a group.
