Overview
Recently, NSFOCUS detected that Ivanti issued a security announcement and fixed buffer overflow vulnerabilities (CVE-2025-0282) in several products of Ivanti. Due to the stack-based buffer overflow in Ivanti Connect Secure, Ivanti Policy Secure and Ivanti Neurons for ZTA Gateways, an unauthenticated attacker can trigger a buffer overflow by sending specially crafted packets allowing arbitrary code execution on the target system. CVSS rating is 9.0. At present, it has been found to be used in the wild. Relevant users are requested to take measures for protection as soon as possible.

Mitigation
At present, a new version has been officially released to fix this vulnerability. Please upgrade the affected version for protection as soon as possible. Download link: https://portal.ivanti.com/
Notes : For users using Ivanti Connect Secure, it is officially recommended that the device without abnormality in ICT scan can be reset before upgrading to version 22.7R2.5; If ICT results show evidence of an intrusion, the device will be factory reset to ensure all malware is removed and returned to production using version 22.7R2.5.
