DNS Protection Algorithm Optimization: We are going to introduce a new DNS protection algorithm and with 6 DNS algorithms in total, more effective protection for DNS cache and authoritative servers is possible.
DNS Subdomain Whitelist Auto-Learning: In the cases where a complete subdomain whitelist is unavailable, the ADS can automatically learn legitimate DNS subdomain requests. This improves protection against DNS random subdomain attacks and reduces the risk of false positives affecting legitimate services.
2. HTTPS Protection Enhancements:
A new mechanism for HTTPS fingerprint protection is introduced. During the SSL/TLS handshake, client requests contain fixed data in the “client hello” message, from which a unique fingerprint can be extracted. This helps detect and mitigate abnormal HTTPS traffic more effectively.
3. Enhanced Protection Against Carpet Bombing Attacks.
Carpet Bombing attacks involve flooding multiple IP addresses or services with dispersed traffic, and traffic reaching each single IP address /32 is often insignificant, making it difficult for traditional protection systems to detect and mitigate.
The enhanced protection in ensures that Carpet Bombing attacks are identified and mitigated based on the vast scale of IP prefix, helping to detect and mitigate Carpet Bombing attacks.
